Terms and Conditions for the App Codixio Lowest Price 30 Days

1. Provider and scope

The provider is Matthias Jakisch, Hauptstr. 34, OT Etingen, 39359 Oebisfelde-Weferlingen, Germany, phone +49 39059 974988, e-mail support@codixio.com, e-mail data protection/legal legal@codixio.com, sole proprietorship (no commercial register entry), operating under the trade name Codixio, VAT ID DE296346917, small business under Sec. 19 UStG. These terms apply to the use of the Shopware app Codixio Lowest Price 30 Days (technical name CodixioLowestPriceApp) including all plans. They are addressed exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of Sec. 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Consumers are excluded from use. Deviating terms of the merchant do not apply.

2. Subject of the contract

The app determines, for Shopware 6 shops (cloud and self-hosted, from version 6.7.0.0), per product, variant and currency the lowest total price the merchant applied within the 30 days before the start of a price reduction and displays it, while a price reduction is active, on the product page, in product listings and in the cart. The app is obtained via the Shopware Store; the usage contract is concluded under the terms of the Shopware Store, and these terms additionally govern the use of the app and of the backend at sw-codixiolowestpriceapp.api.codixio.com. The processing of the merchant's data is governed by the data processing agreement at https://legal.codixio.com/apps/lowest-price-30-days-shopware/dpa.en and the privacy policy at https://legal.codixio.com/apps/lowest-price-30-days-shopware/privacy.en.

3. Plans and scope of services

The app is offered in four plans. Billing takes place exclusively via the Shopware Store; the prices displayed there are authoritative. At the time of publication the monthly prices are: Standard 5.90 euros, Pro 8.90 euros, Max 12.90 euros, Enterprise 16.90 euros.

Standard: automatic price history per product, variant and currency in the shop's default context; determination and freezing of the reference price from the start of a price reduction; display on product page, in product listings and in the cart; percentage based on the reference price; unit price reference; exclusion of individual products; storefront texts in 25 languages; daily full reconciliation; storage of the price history for 90 days.

Pro: in addition, reference prices per sales channel and customer group based on the shop's price rules, all quantity tiers, configuration of text, position and display per sales channel, marking of non-consumer customer groups and perishable goods.

Max: in addition, price history per product in the administration module, evidence export as CSV per sales channel, completeness report with legally conspicuous constellations, optional writing of the reference price to the Shopware field regulationPrice for third-party themes.

Enterprise: in addition, campaign planning for successive promotions with preview of the reference price, optional recording of automatic promotions as applied prices, alert list of legally risky constellations, storage of the price history for 24 months, prioritised handling of support requests.

A change of plan takes effect after confirmation by the Shopware Store. When changing to a lower plan, the functions of the higher plan are no longer available; data already stored remain until the applicable retention period expires and are not deleted early. Plan verification is performed server-side.

4. Obligations and responsibility of the merchant

The app provides the indication of the lowest price of the last 30 days based on the prices maintained in the shop. It does not provide legal advice and makes no statement as to whether a specific pricing of the merchant meets the requirements of Sec. 11 of the German Price Indication Ordinance (PAngV) or other provisions. The merchant remains responsible for its prices and strike-through prices, for the configuration of the app, for exceptions it marks and for compliance with the provisions applicable to it. The price history begins with the installation of the app; the app has no data for the period before installation and marks incomplete histories. The merchant ensures that the app has the required permissions in the shop and that the app's custom fields are not overwritten manually. The merchant checks the display in its theme after installation and after theme changes.

5. Availability and maintenance

The provider operates the backend with the diligence of a prudent provider and endeavours to ensure uninterrupted operation. No specific availability is guaranteed. The storefront display is rendered from custom fields in the shop and continues to work with the last transmitted state during temporary unavailability of the backend; during that time price changes are recorded with a delay. Maintenance is carried out outside usual business hours where possible.

6. Rights of use

For the term of the contract the merchant receives the simple, non-transferable right to use the app in the shop for which it is licensed. Passing on, reproducing or modifying the app beyond use in the shop is not permitted.

7. Term and termination

Term, renewal and termination are governed by the terms of the Shopware Store. Use ends upon uninstallation of the app; the backend deletes the shop's data.

8. Liability

The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract and on whose observance the merchant may regularly rely), liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded. The provider is not liable for disadvantages arising from the merchant's prices, strike-through prices or configurations, from incomplete history before installation, from manual changes to the app's custom fields or from the merchant's theme modifications. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

9. Changes

The provider may change these terms and the scope of services where necessary to adapt to changed legal requirements, Shopware versions or Store requirements and the merchant is not unreasonably disadvantaged thereby. Changes are announced via the app's changelog in the Shopware Store.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The version published at https://legal.codixio.com/apps/lowest-price-30-days-shopware/terms.en is authoritative. Version date: 18 September 2026.
